1. What’s included in the apartment rental?
Water, light, gas, weekly bedclothes and towel changes, and unlimited Wi-Fi and cable television.

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is until noon on the day of departure.
This time in between check-in and check-out times allows us to clean the apartment properly for the next guest; we care a lot about hygiene and the quality of our service. 

3. Where do we check in?
At the entrance to the condo, the address of which can be found on the apartment website.

4. Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all the apartments have air conditioning. Guests can raise or lower the temperature as they wish.

5. What payment methods are available?
Credit card or bank transfer.

6. Is the transfer from the airport to the apartment included? 
The apartment is cleaned every week. If you’re staying for less than one week, it will only be cleaned before you check in.
If you require a more regular cleaning service (it can be as frequent as a daily service), this can be arranged through our additional services servicos@bookingalbufeira.com

8. Are the Additional Services included in the amounts set out in the price lists?

9. How are the apartments rated? (Reviews)

Our apartments and related services are rated through a questionnaire which becomes available to our guests after their stay. This can be on paper or in electronic format (sent by email).
If the customer has made the booking through the website booking.com, their rating (which ranges from 1 to 10 points) is converted in the following way: every 2 points given on said website corresponds to one star. 
Example: A rating of 10 points on booking.com would be equivalent to 5 stars on our website.


Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time, apply to all of our services, which are directly available online on the bookingalbufeira.com website. When accessing, navigating and using our website or any of our applications through the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and/or when making a booking, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Scope of our Service
We (Imojanela S.A.) provide an online platform where we list our properties and services for bookings, through which visitors can make such bookings. When you make a booking through bookingalbufeira.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship (which is legally binding) with us, with which the booking is made or the product or service is bought (if applicable). From the moment you make the booking, we act as service providers and we are responsible for said service. We take into account the details of your booking and send you a booking confirmation email, which will secure said booking, but you will need to follow the instructions set out in the payment conditions in order to confirm it.
When providing our services, we ensure that all the information available on the webpage is correct, and that all the images are accurate representations of the reality, as can be confirmed by reading the comments left on booking.com. We rent our own properties, enabling us to offer you a personalised service.
Our service is only available for personal use, not for commercial use. You are therefore prohibited from selling, hyperlinking, using, copying, monitoring (e.g. spider, scraping), displaying, downloading or reproducing any content or information, software, bookings, tickets, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

2. Rates 
Our prices are highly competitive. All the prices are displayed per apartment for the full stay, including VAT and all other taxes (as taxes, they are subject to changes), unless otherwise stated on our platform or in the confirmation email.

3. Free
Our booking service is free. Unlike many other companies, we don’t charge any extra fees for the use of our online platform or any other additional (booking) fees associated with the rate. 

4. Payment and cancellation conditions
When you make a booking on our page, you accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show terms. 
The payment conditions in this case are as follows: 30% of the cost of your booking must be paid within 4 days of making the booking.
Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking
The remainder of the cost must be paid no later than one week before check-in. 

Exceptions will be made in certain circumstances, for example when bookings are made on the same day or when the abovementioned periods are not applicable.
With regard to cancellation, in the event that a booking is made very far in advance (two or more months before check-in), we give our customers the chance to cancel their booking without any kind of penalty. If the customer attempts to cancel outside this period, they will lose the 30% deposit. 
In the event that the customer fails to appear, and once the booking has been paid in full, he or she will lose the amount, since the booking prevents us from renting during the reserved days.

5. Payment Method
We currently offer two payment methods: credit card or bank transfer. You will need to follow the instructions below.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with the company’s IBAN, and a detailed sheet containing information about the company. 
To confirm your booking, you simply need to follow the payment conditions instructions, which will lead you to the booking confirmation.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we guarantee that the transaction is secure and once again you will simply need to meet the conditions mentioned in the previous point.
In the event of delays on the check-in date or arrival on the following day, please ensure that you inform us (in good time), so that we know your arrival time and can therefore avoid cancelling your room or charging you for not appearing.

6. Correspondence and (additional) communication
When you make a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email that may be sent to you shortly before your arrival date.
This will contain information about the booking and where appropriate will provide other details and offers (including offers from third parties, if you have selected this option) which are relevant to your booking and destination. 
After your stay, you will be sent an email (ii) which asks you to fill out our bookingalbufeira.com customer comments form. 
In order to complete and properly secure your booking, you must use a valid email address. 
We are not responsible for (nor do we have any obligation to check) any inaccurate information or typographical errors in emails, telephone (and mobile) numbers or credit card numbers.
Any claim or complaint made against bookingalbufeira.com or in relation to the Service must be submitted immediately, and in any case within 30 days after the date scheduled for the completion of the product or service (for example, the check-out date). 
Any claim or complaint submitted after the 30-day period may be rejected and the complainant will lose the right to any form of compensation (harm or cost).
Given that we regularly update and adjust our rates and availability, we strongly recommend that you take a screenshot when you make a booking, in case you need to prove your position.

7. Customer comments
Customer comments may:
a) be used on our apartment information page for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of opinions of the service (level) and quality of the apartment,
b) be (totally or partially) used and displayed by bookingalbufeira.com at the latter’s sole discretion (for example, for the purposes of marketing, advertising or improving our service) on our website or social media platforms, or in our newsletters, special offers, applications or other channels owned, provided, used, or controlled by bookingalbufeira.com and our business partners. 
We reserve the right to modify, reject or remove comments at our discretion. The customer comments form should be viewed as a survey; it does not contain any offers (including commercial ones), invitations or incentives whatsoever.

8. About bookingalbufeira.com 
Booking Albufeira (bookingalbufeira.com) is the short-term rental project carried out by Imojanela, Investimentos Imobiliários, SA in the Algarve region.
